How do I know my order is received?
Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation. After your order is dispatched a second email will be sent to you.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email?
Your order confirmation is probably hanging out in your spam box. Have a look!

How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped you will receive a track and trace code. NICE.

When will my order be delivered?
We ship from Amsterdam and usually process orders within 2 business days. Netherlands: 1-2 working days. Everywhere else: a bit longer.

I haven't received my package but the status says delivered.
That's weird. Send us a message at hello@officetarot.com and we'll get it sorted.

Returns & Refunds
Not happy? We'll make it right. Contact us at hello@officetarot.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full. No need to return the deck — keep it, give it to a colleague, or use it to ask the cards why you bought it in the first place.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
